Investment - Porfolio Summary (22 Feb 2010 to 26 Feb 2010)

My porfolio went up from a loss of $554.27 to a profit of $70.73.  This is mainly due to the increase in price of Transpac which went up $0.08.  Transpac also announced a dividend of 10 cents per share this week.  This latest distribution bring the total dividend collected/entitled for the year to $701.35/-.  I have received the first dividend of $70 from GIL last thursday.  This bring my total cash holding to $299.38.

Investment - Neratel declared dividend of 3 cents per share

Neratel have just announced full year result today.  The group's turnover increased by 7.1%, from S$160.3 m, with higher turnover from both Telecom and Infocomm business segments.  Neratel have just declared a dividend of 3 cents per share today.

Investment - Aztech declared dividend of 1.25 cents per share

Aztech Group announced it full year report today.  Aztech Group recorded S$280.3 million revenue and S$15.4 million Net Profit for the full year of 2009.  The net profit increase 26% y-o-y over FY2008.  It have also announced that it will be distributing a final dividend of 1.25 cents per shares.  The present dividend yield of Aztech is 7.7% based on today's closing price of 22.5 cents.

Investment - Porfolio Summary (1 Feb 2010 to 5 Feb 2010)

The stocks markets continue to drop this week and my investment drops around 6.3% this two weeks. But I still  take the chance to load in some more counters to add to my porfolio.  I have bought in Aztech (5 lots) and Neratel (5 lots).  This two counters give good dividend payout and their result for the full year will be announced next week.  Starhub have released their full year report last week and have announced that it will be distributing 5 cents per shares for the last quater.  With this announcement, my total dividend collected this year have increased to $188.85.  Thrakal's resolution regarding the capital reduction have been approved during the general meeting last thursday, so it is now waiting for the court approval in April.  If that is approved, it will be distributing 5 cents per shares.

Investment - Starhub

Starhub have just announced that it will be distributing a dividend of 5 cents per share from the quarter ending 31 Dec 2009.  The ex-date and payment date of the distribution will be advised on a later date.  The present yield of this counter will be 9.2% (based on the closing price on 4 Feb 2010).

Investment - Neratel

Neratel will be releasing its full year financial results for the year ended 31 Dec 2009 on the 10 February 2010 after the close of trading on the Singapore Exchange.

I have loaded Neratel just two days ago as I feel this will be a good dividend counter.  Hopefully it will maintain the 3 cents per share dividend that it have given out last year.

Investment - Buy in Aztech and Neratel

I have bought in 5 lots of Aztech and Neratel respectively today.  This two counters is going to release it full year result and dividend distribution soon.  This two counters have good history of giving out good dividend each year and I am expecting a reasonable good dividend payout this year too....
