I have change my porfolio to a pure dividend-based porfolio. Presently in my porfolio are counters that distributes stable dividend. As the third quarter ends, it will be another round of divdend distribution from Cambridge and Cityspring which gives out dividend quarterly.

Comfort Delgro - 2 lots (approx yield = 3.4%)
CitySpring - 4 lots (approx yield = 7%)
CapitalComm - 2 lots (approx yield = 5.6%)
Digiland - 100 lots (approx yield = 0%)
